Im a weak person kinda on my nights except for some homework i can browse around on the web and if i have a bet placed i would refresh the covers score page every 1-5 minutes to get an update on the scores... and we know how a lot of the ball games hover around the spread for the good part of the last 10 minutes of the game and its fukkin sickening to my stomach not gonna lie. Like tonight i won a bet on milwaukee while refreshing my bets page every fukkin minute of the last 5 minutes of OT between the tampa vs phoex nhl game... and i felt a crushing stab to my chest when tampa lost for -150$.

i dont wanna check it i wanna fukkin go to sleep and wake up the next morning knowing the virtual coin flip result so no suffering but i cant... because i cant sleep comfy knowing that my 11:30 game is losing the cover by 5 points after first half... made me not want to bet 11:30 games.

sorry if this is a rant... but how do you guys cope with this???

only a small number of games on the season and with multiple games on I live for Sundays during football season. I don't watch the games cuz I have action on it I watch the games cuz I love the NFL in general. Soccer is probably the sport I watch the most and very rarely will have action on a game I watch unless I have a good angle on it to bet.

put aside some money you can afford as your bankroll, bet only 1-2% of your roll per game

dont include any gambling winnings on your monthly budget, if you are counting on gambling winnings to make ends meet you have already lost, stress is gonna eat at you and make you take desperate bets. just like with any investment, you dont put your money in and take it out again on a weekly basis, you let the investment mature over time

Betting is a disease... U get hooked.. When u place a bet every minute feels like a eternity.. U can't wait for it to end. I usually try to socialize to get my mind off it.. But like anything u have that thought lingering in the back of your head telling you to check the score.. And finally when u see ur down.. Ur heart feels like it stops.. Palms get sweaty and ur mind gets clouded.. Then the chasing begins.. And what else can I say.. The rest is history..no one has proper management.. Anyone that tells u that is a liar.. Some of these guys make it sound so easy but their on sbr 20 hours a day so I don't know how much you can believe them. I'm been betting for awhile. I scoreboard watch but that's because I like the action and adrenaline of it. Best bet if you want to sleep early just bet the 7pm games or bet small enough money that you don't care of the outcome. I don't do either lol.

I try to watch the games, like a few people mentioned before me ITT, I bet for action if I don't watch there is no action. Sometimes I really like a game and bet it even if I am unable to watch it. However If I am home and two random teams like Mt st. Mary's and Robert Morris are playing I may look at the game find a side I can bet and then I will watch it. If I am not betting that game there is zero chance I am watching it.

The only reasons you would stress something you can no longer affect is because you were not thorough in your approach or are overextended.

Using sound and proven methodology coupled with good money management eliminates the stress 100%.

The only thing certain win or lose is that they all gonna play again tomorrow. The quicker you get the jump on that and the less time you waste worrying about shit out of your control, the better off you will be.
