    Holy crap - I thought there was only one or two other guys out here, now a bunch is coming out of the woodwork.

    But no seems to live on my side of town (Henderson).

    The housing market is a scam in the last 3 years though - banks and agents sitting on foreclosures.

    Now they are getting all the Chapter 7 filers into homes for less than 10% down. I'm short the stock they are using to finance those guys - total joke.

    The high-rises by the Hilton and the high-rise by the Aria pretty nice but like guys have said they're not cheap

    I guess you're paying for the location so close to the strip

    I was is reading somewhere city center is one of the most expensive real estate lands in the nation
