    Amazing Gambling Website Idea

    I know I am new but I came up with an amazing gambling website idea, and I even have a perfect name registered under my information.

    If anyone knows a website developer or designer, or is one themselves I believe I found a gold mine never actually done before!

    what at stops a web designer from stealing your idea?( a la Facebook) If you have an idea do you need a patent and a lawyer before bringing in a web designer?
