    Lost 15k on Oregon last night

    I was up over 20k last night with my book, and absolutely killing it with college basketball. Every single play was hitting until Oregon. I had Oregon 1H, Game and then added a 2H all for 5k each each so realistically lost 16500. After I lost, still being up 5600, my book pulled some weird things after the fact I had already paid him over 20k before. This leads me to believe that if I won Oregon I would never have heard or seen him again even though I have paid him such a large amount.

    This has me asking the question, are there any actual bookies out there that can handle big play and can pay out 50k at a given time. If so, are the easy to deal with. I am located in Chicago and you would think it would be easy, but I have yet to find a nice and enjoyable one.

    Khan, I really don't "have a bankroll" If I am betting I have the money, and it is a sizeable amount, but I hold off on 10k, 15k bets because I dont believe there is a book that can handle it, and my job does not allow me to travel to vegas often

    I understand that entirely, but when you dont enjoy the complications of offshore and want to bet cold hard cash, bookies are the best option, if trusted. Normally there are not tho

    I know, I agree, and most books are bullshit and can't afford to pay, and yes this asshole would have threatened me if I was late on a grand, still have received my 5k Im owed today after blowing 25k on 5 straight plays

    It's really not a tough break because I fluctuate a ton throughout the day so ending up is a plus, I am glad I wasnt up more because he would have run.

    My father once has an experience with a vegas runner that turned out quite bad. Made 20k on a single day, and never heard from the guy and had no way to trace or contact him. I am just looking for someone around the chicago area that can handle what I bet, and it just seems impossible to find

    trust me I know how you feel and that's why I just don't trust anyone LOL........A good friend of mine stopped picking up my calls when he was down $750....EVENTUALLY PAID......however...when he is up $$ -not a problem getting ahold of me and his phone seems to work great....not to mention every line I laid out was "off" by 1/2 point ect....people are HILARIOUS and do HILARIOUS things when down $$......very few people left in the world that stand by their word and have enough respect to act like a man when betting....

    There are Chicago books that pay off large amounts but you have to be introduced.

    If you can't trust your lcal payouts then how can you not afford to put up
    with the "complications" of an offshore or a runner in Las vegas??
