I haven't read up on how long it will take him to get his appeal heard. I heard a conversation about him getting yet another appeal though.

Can't stand him, but he's definitely getting unfairly treated by MLB no matter how you look at it. Mild proof of wrong-doing, but it looks like he bought up enough of the evidence and destroyed it in time to have a beef here.

Guy's probably the biggest dirtbag to ever play the game, but I'd be interested to see a line on him playing right now.

So did he actually ever test positive? I have no doubt he used steroids but if it was only at undetectable levels how much could it possibly have done for him? Guy hasn't been decent since 09.
