How does a guy make a place for himself in Players Talk?
I'm new here. I've been sitting on the sidelines trying to figure out the people here. I see guys like Dollars2Donuts come in and make a place fast and other guys I see constantly struggling like desperate teen girls to fit in. I prefer the old fashion way, finding out whom to pay off.
So seriously men, how does a guy fit in here at Players Talk.
I'm still trying to find my niche as well.

I can I offer up someone elses Starfish instead of my own? And I regretfully don't know this "Fishhead" so I couldn't spend the 48 hours with him. I would give him or anyone else an open invite to MLB Cactus League Spring Training. Tickets & Drinks on me.
I don't have to pretend to be a winner pal, I'm not rich, I'm no Brad Pitt. But I have a family & kids who love me and I can pay my bills. So to me that's winning enough. And without embarrassment we never grow.

Well understand that you asked about pt. And...for the most part...it's a bunch of guys pretending to be winners. You'll find more genuine behavior in the sub forums.
Your correct. Players Talk seems more about entertainment. I haven't figured out where I'll fit in period. But for the moment in between poker games & Breaking keyboards over dumb bets I'd like some entertainment to fill the time so I picked PT.

Eh,, in a way.. If u go back like 5 years or so when I joined here after I got out of prison (for weed not pills) u can pretty much find my life story scattered throughout..

Don't be a clown unless you do it for a living.
Be humble when winning a bet and proud when you lose one but have the right side.
Ask not what PT can do for you but what you can do for PT to make it better.
Stay away from drugs unless you can buy them legally in Colorado.
Drink moderately but party wildly.
And last but not least don't take advice from posters you don't know well enough..sleep with one eye open and the other one half asleep.
