Jets in 2010 when they beat the Pats in the playoffs was the only good team in that division for fukkin years

Jets have been OK since Brady/BB have been there and got to the playoffs via wildcard maybe 5 or 6 times, but that team in 2010 was the only real legitimate threat

Dolphins and Bills have been complete shit for years

Well you don't seem to remember that Tom Brady has 3 Super Bowl rings. You can count on 1 hand the number of QB's in NFL history that can make that claim - and you won't even have to take your thumb out of your ass while you do it.

beating manning isnt a big deal. 11 teams have done it out of 20 in the playoffs.

well it was for noll and walsh. you know what pisses me off is that a belichick coached team has not even dominated a superbowl game from start to finish.

I'm not a Belichick fan myself but lord don't hate on Kurt Warner. Guy was a class act and solid QB - robbed in 2 Super Bowls IMO (he did what he needed to in Arizona vs. the Steelers but the defense choked in the last minutes to lose the game and the loss to the Pats was spy gate era).

They ain`t winning this year or in the forseable future. I feel the same way about the Lakers. I never wanted Shaq/Kobe to win those titles even though the Celts were insignifigant. But I didn`t hate them, and actually have Magic as my 2nd all time favorite player.

    Games from a decade ago!

You just confirmed yourself that Brady, just like EVERYBODY ELSE in history... can't win the big one when he is missing an awesome defense, a great special teams... or a good to great run game... also all the coaches the Pats had together those years. Can't win since the departure of Vinny.

All these crappy home victories vs fraud playoff teams off bye weeks year after year are mute points... its the game plan put together by Bill Belicheat that does it.

I also remember the Yankees winning 3 in a row and losing the 4th to the Diamondbacks.

The thread is about Bill Belicheat... not Tom Brady.

it's indictive of my earlier post

they get the easy road time and time again. easy bye weeks either 1 or 2 seed in AFC while beating up on their shit divison... and always seeming to get the easier match-up off a bye week.

they are basically one game away from the SB... like in 07. Jags... lol... then the Chargers who had all injured Superstars. Hard road there. Brady sucked in AFC title game.

2011... Tebow off their fluke win vs Pitt then got past the Ravens because the Ravens dropped a game winning TD pass and shanked a short game-tying field goal. Hard road there. Brady sucked again in Title game.

Exposed both times in the big game. Sure... didn't lose by a lot... but were favorites in both games and blew late leads in both games. 18-0 ultimate choke.

    nuff said

watch the Pats get a home game vs the 6 seed Chargers and watch Rivers suck donkey balls and fold and Brady will be in another Super Bowl... ready to suck it up again and be doing this

Manning is a fukkn Bronco man. I root for him to win his games, of course I do. Unless he is playing the Colts. The man is the only reason the Colts have Lucas Oil Stadium. If you're team had the same QB for 13 years without missing a game and set all the records and won a SB and turned the city into a football city then you would root for the guy to win as well after he was gone... AS LONG AS THAT TEAM isn't playing your team.

I was in Indy on October 20th and watched the Colts beat the 6-0 Broncos. I lost my voice for a week.

    That should tell you something.

I, along with the rest of the crowd, gave Manning his standing ovation for his "return" to Indy for first time since he was cut. But as soon as he stepped on the field on offense... it was 70,000 strong giving them HELL for the entire game.

12th man got it done. Mathis got it done. Colts got it done. Beat them Broncos 39-33.

What makes you so sure of that? They have suffered one of the worst offseasons you could ever imagine and then 4 of their best players not-named-Brady are out with injuries, and yet they still went 12-4 and they're still going to the AFCCG.

Good Lord, if they can just stay healthy (and out of jail) next year, they're the class of the AFC.

decade didn't end in 2004 and choking in 2 super bowls cancels it out

choking when 18-0 guess the road to the super bowl was too easy, but that's the only way the Pats can get there these days without their old elite defense and vinatieri

proving that Tommy can't win shit without those aspects of the game. no different from any other elite QB.
