    Tampa Bay's players will be temporarily invigorated playing for a black coach and will have a good 1st half of 2014 season. Then the little cracks will show and the organization will start to crumble.

    I know they have to hire a minority coach but why not gamble on someone new that might be successful instead of going with someone that doesn't have what it takes to out coach the opposition?
