Top 3 College Backs Of All Times..

Not 3 or 4 year stats.........guys that were freaks of nature and were impossible to stop
Guys that you want to give the ball 30 times to and watch pure domination

A lot of you guys dont remember him

Its very close between the 3 , I just give a slight nod to Marcus if all healthy because bigger and stronger than the other two

    1. Marcus Dupree-most gifted RB college football has ever seen, greatest HS Running back of all times
Every major coach at time said it as well as every scout in country
6-3, 230, world class speed with natural running ability, freakish strength in the weight room, built like steel
He was so good it ruined his career..watch documentaries below on him

    2. Bo Jackson

    3. Hershel Walker

Hard not to put Reggie Bush in that group. Based on pure athletic ability ONLY, he did some special things. Forget about the hatred for USC, Pete C or Leinart. Reggie Bush was gifted

Larry Johnson only had one good year in college, but he dominated the Big ten that years seems like there were 2 or 3 games vs teams like Indiana where he had almost 300 yards rushing at the half and didn't even play the 2nd half.

guey was completely out of shape in college and had to come out of games because he couldnt handle the load

    unfukkinraal

jjer you watch too much espn

herschel = 3 years of college and had 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finish for heisman

single handedly took a team to a national championship as a freshman

Just watched the whole Dupree 30/30 through this link. Couple thoughts: 1st off he has my respect for playing for his brother. But he seems like a lazy quitter. All that talent and he didn't give a fuk. Switzer was very tough on him it seems and was tough in the interviews for the doc, but Dupree was unreal and needed to be rode hare. The reason he got hurt and his career ended was his lack of conditioning. All in all a great piece, buy Marcus Dupree must wake up every morning and be disappointed in how he managed all that god given talent. He really blew it.

Ive heard the only two players who could have gone from high school straight to starting in the NFL is Herschel Walker and Earl Campbell.

    Id say
    Hercshel
    Bo Jackson
    Earl Campbell

Reggie Bush and Warrick Dunn were pretty good too...George Rogers also extremely under rated

OJ easily. He had all of the talents that the others had. He was big (for that day). He was very strong. He was also on the USC track team that set world records in the 4 by 100 meter relay. Too bad he had to go to Buffalo.

Gayle Sayers. Sure he played at Kansas, but he was considered my many in his day, and still is considered by some, to be the greatest open field runner of all time. He didn't do to bad as a Chicago Bear either.

Hershall Walker. If he had a little more speed, I would have ranked him #1. That is all he lacked.
