Notre Dame is usually a good fade in bowl games.
Rutgers will have the home crowd at Yankee stadium.

i've seen fixes for this bowl game before to help out the new york area team
(Syracuse vs Kansas State ) a few years ago was fixed no doubt in my mind
Notre Dame by 20+.

The Pinstripe had to cut some backroom deals to get ND to come to this game....including bumping up their bowl swag.
There will probably be 11 Rutgers fans at the game. If they can find someone to drive them.
Rutgers OFEI is 87th-- 3rd worst among bowl teams. Their DFEI is 98th--- 2nd worst among bowl teams.
ND somehow managed to beat 3 Top-25 BCS team this year (Michigan State, Arizona State, and USC)--- with Tommy Rees at QB----they will cover this number easily.
Rutgers seemed to quit although they won last game, no idea about injuries. I will keep saying this the bowl season is a new season.
First, fixes in Bowl Games are dreams that losers claim happened, and we all know how big of a loser Bear is. Probably the biggest overall in here. It has gotton to the point where he does not wager any more. Just runs his mouth off hoping to find a winner.
As far as this game is concerned, only a true idiot would think that Rutgers will have a crowd advantage. Have you ever heard of the "Subway Alumni?" Where do you think that phrase started? The Irish will win by as many points as they want to win by. Rutgers finished the year 2-5, and that included a 3 point win at home against Temple. Notre Dame played a much more difficult schedule, and is trying to impress the ACC, who they have entered into an agreement with.

You will see that with 35 Bowl Games, the best thing to do is to limit your wagers to the best 5 plays you see. Just treat this as another week in College Football. Now I know that some people just have to wager on every game they see. Fortunately most of those losers are gone now.

Kansas State player scores a TD and and does a military style salute to the crowd and the refs throws a 15 yard un-sportman like conduct penalty accessed on the extra point.
it was significant b/c K-State needed a 2 point conversion to tie the game. The refs call made the 2 point conversion start from close to the 25-30 yard line ...
The fix was in. The refs were instructed to help Cuse win or cover if anyway possible.
now if refs are paid off and its a blowout then refs ofcourse can't do shit about it b/c refs ofcourse can only influence relatively close games.
