    Most sites use both cell and wifi although if your in the state of nj regardless it should locate you off the cell tower

    yeah, I think the initial set up is being thrown off by philly area code....So many hoops to jump thru this early in the launch. Frustrating that Im still playing on bovada for large fields in tournys and full cash game tables. Was hyped oin NJ going live but so far = let down
