If the public gets trapped are they any longer the public or are they trapped? If they are trapped can they be the public?

It's all relative boys. Over long term, a disciplined gambler can make money fading public. You are basically betting on the books. In a given week, or even a month you will see public make money. But over large data set (year or more), public loses. It's a grind and won't get rich quick but you will be up money. If you can pick your spots you can make good money, but you will be positive just fading public.

You have to check out the dog and see if it had potential on both sides of the ball. for example the colts a playoff team getting points at home. rams and vikes can't get enough points. my niners have covered three straight weeks. if you back a dog with no bite and just fade without looking at everything else punch yourself in the face

I figure it's not just about fading or not fading the public, you kinda need to know exactly when to fade the public. A lot of times the square picks are the winning picks. Like when the 49ers, getting back into form, take on the historically bad Jags overseas. But the Rams, a game under .500 playing a division opponent (the hottest public favorite) at home in prime time? Fading the public has made me bank. Not in NFL though.
