    Funding issue

    The person at Wmart didnt enter the middle name on my 4 name ** slip...i called ** and they said i needed to go back to Wmart and have them call in the middle name. Anyone have this happen? why cant ** just verify me over the phone and add the middle name?

    u need to go back to the store pal with your ID - u not gonna be able to resolve this over the phone

    i've changed name myself on phone. never had to go back to walmart.

    I've changed a name too when calling M G...but never added a name.

    the joker at wmart tells me she cant add a middle but to call m g if theres an issue...how the hell does she not know she needs to call it in

    Dude its simple call honeygram and tell them to cancel thr transaction. They will give you a ref# to pick up your money with ID. Get a new name and re send. Easy peezy

    I have done a lot of these and have been able to make a small change over the phone at times but other times had to go back to store. I also use fictitious names but thats a different story. Through the years they have been increasing security so it is more strict now and also depends on the country you are sending too. ** has different protocols for different receiving countries. I would not press it. Just go back to the store and have them make the change or call and cancel. You do not want any ** problems.
