5Dimes Casino Rules Issue with Screenshot

    All,

See the attached screen shot that indicates 5Dimes "mini blackjack" stands on 17; however when playing I was 100% positive the dealer was hitting on soft 17.

Should 5Dimes refund the entire session due the fact that this could throw off the cards and supposed random count?

    Please advise.Name: Screen shot 2013-10-06 at 11.35.02 AM.jpg

Hard to see the screen shot, but it clearly says "dealer must stand on 17".

How much did you lose? No, they aren't going to refund a penny. You kept playing, which indicates you were fine with the rules, you just weren't okay with losing. Tony is old school, don't even call him. He'll call you a shot taker, which it seems you were here. I don't think if you won that would care what the dealer did with soft 17. It affects house edge less than .1%.

I can't see anything clearly to be honest. But I"ll take you at your word.

Gotta agree with the above. Unless it was a large amount that is worth it to you, let it go. You gotta pick your battles wisely.

If he grants you your money back on this hand, would it be worth losing 5Dimes as an out? If so, go to battle. If not, move on.

Ideally I may agree with you but I'm not an idealist. I've lived too much to worry about ideals and principles.
