A one loss PAC 12 or SEC school should be in the title game over Ohio State

Big 10 turning into the WAC with two Boise States in it. Ohio States body of work won't compare to a 1 loss PAC 12 or SEC school. At least Michigan has a argument with NW Nebraska and ND on the schedule.

Suppose they should get more credit for beating NW there. Does Northerstern ever cut their grass? It looked like they were playing on a cow pasture that hadn't been mowed all year

So mean to my buckeyes lol. But yeah Northwestern didnt cut the grass so they could slow OSU down clearly. Think what you want but they won't get passed up by any 1- loss team. Hopefully if we do go undefeated we get go play MSU in the championship game.

    Michigan

The team that barely survived against Akron and uconn

Fortunately there won't be a one loss team in the PAC 12. Sec might have a one loss team but that's a no brainer to put them in

I don't mind watching Ohio St getting a beat down in the BCS game. It makes betting so much easier.

Don't be such a homer. Stanford has the OL/DL personnel to run all over Oregon, again. Speed is useless if you can't get into space.

They were here lucky to get home replay call. Be far different this year. But throw your money away

yeah lets let Georgia in with 1 loss. They looked GREAT playing Tenny yesterday LMAO. Overrated sacks of shit. Oregon and Stanford are the top 2 teams in the country. Alabama is a fraud. Still shocked they beat A&M, but the defense was awful so shouldn't have been I guess

If Georgia ends up with only one loss it will play in the BCS championship game. Who else is going to play from the SEC?

NOBODY, because thats what the SEC will have deserved. An undefeated team from almost any conf (Pac 12, Big 12, Big 10, ACC) deserve it over a 1 loss SEC team

even ESPN sec network is admitting the SEC is down this year. 2 of the top 4 teams already lost to ACC teams. that doesnt happen every year so its not the same argument. no argument Alabama was the best team last year, clear to me from week 1.. this year so far the SEC does not deserve a one loss team in the title game. Bama might not have that let down game this year though.

I'd really like to see a Bama v. Stanford title game.

That would be a good one.

Oregon v. OSU would have legs.

If you look a the whole of the top 10 teams Clemson and Florida State are right up there and why wouldn't they be when they have had top 10 recruiting classes for the past 3 years? Not just skill players but the lines to hold it together. Plus take into consideration old man football Bowden is gone from Florida State and Clemson shelled out the most money in college football for their offensive and defensive coordinators.

If my team got to the championship game bring on a pasty. Means greater chance my team hoists the crystal ball.

After err all it's all about winning not fan experience.

Keep dreaming..SEC has 5 teams in the Top 12. It is impossible to have a zero loss team in the SEC when the teams in the conference are ranked that high. How come a one loss team from the ACC or Big Ten or the other hamburger conferences is not ranked?

they have 5 in the top 12 because they are all "supposedly" really good so losses dont matter and wins look great

Do you know who votes in the polls? The coaches from other conferences. I trust the coaches know more than the fans.

I disagree. Coaches don't have time to watch the other games. Most coaches actually have someone in the athletic office voting for them with exception of maybe final ballot.

I'd put Stanford to hang with any SEC team. And the Ducks already ran through 1 SEC team, tearing the shiit out of the Tenn Vols in their own house. Top PAC conference teams are very well coached just like top SEC teams.

So what do you think will happen if the fans are allowed to vote in polls? The teams with the most fans will get the votes and be ranked higher regardless if they deserve it or not.

Yes, a 1 loss SEC team SHOULD be in the title game. Hell, I think a 1 loss ACC team should be in the big game over Ohio State. Who has OSU played? Didnt they have to storm from way down to win last week? The ACC, Pac10 and the SEC are clearly better, stronger more battle tested conferences. Hard to say who comes out of the PAC 10. A physical Stanford team will negate the toxic Oregon speed. Speed fill stands but defense wins championships. Oregon is VERY vulnerable to any strong team that can establish the run.
