Should I hedge out on Atlanta Falcons ML

Got Atlanta Falcons ML as the leg last of multiple parlays. If this wasn't a primetime game I wouldn't think twice about this however the longer I think about the more I am doubting the Falcons. Jets still have a solid defense and it feels like Rex Ryan will have his team ready to play on a Monday Night. He is coaching to keep his job and I think they will show up and play well here as Rex does not want to get embarrassed on a National stage as if he hasn't been embarrassed enough already. So hedge or let it ride and go for the max profit?

As a Jets fan, I can tell you we always play terrible in primetime games......A big reason why the national media and fans have shit on us over the last few years, when in fact, Rex Ryan has a winning record and the Jets have been better than many teams over that time span

Jets are missing their 2 starting WRs but I think Atlanta is without all 3 starting linebackers.....Overall I like the Jets to cover but not win, I would hedge live if needed

    These threads always puzzle me.

Unless something has specifically changed in the game, there is never a reason to hedge out of a parlay. You're just losing money.

Why would you even put Atlanta on it, a game that's played two days after all the others, if you're end goal was just to buy out?

    lol,

"Hey, whatever it takes," Ryan said. "I've been thinking about it. There's a fine line between being aggressive and being smart with it as well." It's a green-yellow-red wristband with specific plays in each color category. The quarterback can be more aggressive on "green" plays, while "red" plays are ones to be conservative on. Smith is on pace to turn the ball over 44 times this season.

If Atl loses this game they really at home vs the Shitty Jets and fukktard Geno you deserve to lose the bet. Buy yourself a 12 pack , kick your legs up and watch Atl win this game for ya. Don't hedge!!

Falcons should crush. Going 1-3, losing two straight in the dome, and just losing to the Jets in general will be a fukking disaster. If the Falcons lose this game it will basically take a miracle to even get an NFC wildcard, even at this early stage.

The Falcons STILL have a top 3-4 offense in my opinion. Their problem is trouble holding onto leads in the second half.

People in GA will probably riot if the Falcons lose to the damn Jets.

the reason I was considering hedging was because this is a fairly large amount and I don't wanna walk away with nothing after being down to the last game

what is a large amount, I'm curious. The 'amount' is clearly what we are talking about.

Put some on Jets Ml then but not much if you are that worried. Gonna be Genoa 1st primetime game as well I believe and the kid is a heartless choker. He was at West Vagina as well but 1 huge game vs Baylors joke of a defense made him a star for a minute. Just cannot imagine Atl losing 2 straight at home and to this shitbag team.

Easy, this one is on you.

You are in a perfect + money situation.

So from a sports investment standpoint, it would be ridiculous not to at least hedge back your original bet amount to make it a no lose / big cash situation.

From a gambling standpoint, you got ATL at home on Monday Night - and all they gotta do is not lose to the shit Jets.

All betting comes down to is just doing what you feel comfortable doing.

    So just do you.

    You good pples, easyliving.

I have around $250-300 on Falcons ML.

dont fool yourself this isnt the 2003 ravens defense. yes the jets have a good d-line and an overall pretty solid defense. but no way jets can score with atlanta in that noisy dome without the aid of a +4 turnover margin

do what the raiders guy said buy a 12 pack and enjoy the game

wtf are you talking about guy?

I said I had between $250-300 dollars on Falcons moneyline.

    Does this not compute?

I hadn't gone back and looked at my 5Dimes ticket so I didn't know the exact amount.

I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS YOUR MONEY, SO WHY WORRY ABOUT A SPECIFIC DOLLAR AND CENT AMOUNT?

    Here hold on....

    ....

I have exactly $246 on Falcons moneyline.

    You satisfied?

Take the guaranteed money. Hedge. It's up to you how much. But get something out of this game, regardless of the outcome.

All it takes is Matt Ryan being knocked out of the game early, and your parlays aren't looking so good.

Only things to really worry about is a Matty Ice injury or he plays horrific and throws several picks. There is always that small chance like we saw Thursday night in that crazy game nobody could have capped right with all the crazy shit that went down.

Why not hedge to at least break even? Anything can happen. But also consider that Falcons are a huge favorite at home. So given that, it might be better to just right it out.

how many parlays? don't be a pussy dude. you know what you need to do, and that's let it ride. if you have "multiple" parlays then hedging should be easy but then you wouldn't be asking us idiots what you should do. LET IT RIDE dude.

Except that this is a losing proposition long-term.... nothing about hedging is a good investment strategy. It's a short-term reward strategy.

Its the ML not the spread. No way the rookie pulls off a win in the dome to ATL coming off a loss.
