    Is beat the prick records proof the books win a lot of money?

    The above stats show the current record off all beat the prick contest plays so far. My guess is, that the number of plays are close to what the big books have taken in action since football started.
    If the overall average bet comes out to $100 a game....that says books are up over $200,000.

    Is this a fair assessment?
