    Down again. They are down a lot these days. Have they come out with any sort of explanation besides "upgrades".

    Up for me. SBR was in the same data center a few years back. Tough place and its not always the data center, there are a lot of Costa Rica internet issues that cause problems.

    no did get in need them for what they should be really be used for live betting on most anything....calling in does me no good shitty lines I don't use them just to get wagers in im there for Live betting.
