Betting the under on low win totals (bad teams) is usually a recipe for disaster, if you bet the over on bad teams (win totals less than 30) you deserve to ride a short bus to work.
Book makers are going to take into account Detroit Pistons free agency so I don't see the over under being less than 37. Lakers I can see a huge number just because it being the Lakers. Bulls hopefully they don't put them at the dreaded 59.5 number because 60 wins no matter what is hard. Nets I hope that number will be inflated to some ridiculous win total like 57.5 to 59.5. Hopefully they don't follow the usual 2 high numbers in one conference and 1 high number in another. Miami and OKC will have a number around 60. Just hoping they either leave both Chicago and Nets low or just put the Nets at a high number.
Last year's easy play that everyone knew about was the Spurs over at 53.5 and Clippers over at 48.5.
Teams around the 40 win mark (37-43 win total which translates to Vegas has no clue): Mavericks, Timberwolves, Atlanta, 76ers, and Pistons
