This comes just a few days after the organization surprisingly dealt running back Trent Richardson to Indianapolis for a first-round pick. To fill the roster spot, the Browns signed Willis McGahee the next day.
As for the future at running back, the Browns, according to the report, are looking at ways to bring in Texans running back Ben Tate to be the starter for the future. Tate will be a free agent after the 2013 season.
The Browns appear to have placed an emphesis on the future as opposed to the 2013 season.
