I would rather have 10 dimes at sportsbook.com than at Nine.

I'd rather have no money at either, but if I had to choose between the two, I agree with you here...

Cascade employs this same business model. You don't have to stiff to many large accounts to make a big impovement on your bottom line.

    Sportsbook A+ book

Please Note: Many the supposed "A+ books" are slowpaying customers at the moment but sportsbook.com (a supposed D+ book) is paying FAST. In fact, I am consistently getting 5 figure checks 3-5 business days after requesting them with no problems at all. Sportsbook definitely deserves to be vastly upgraded. Their customer service gets better every week and even in these tough times they are paying their players very quickly. They have free contests, lots of comps for VIPS and pay quickly. The D+ rating is a travesty and completely unjustified.

    azkid,
I can appreciate wanting to amp up a book that you have money in and seems to have a good thing going but you only have to look back a few months to see how Sportsbook.com reacts under pressure. Players were stiffed when Sportsbook.com broke off from Sportingbet. They bought BetOnUSA and another player was stiffed. Scroll up for a more detailed response.

Please keep us posted. I'm hoping the mgt. that contacted us and started fixing stiff jobs picks up where he left off. It would be great for everyone if this monster of a book wouldn't let players slip through the cracks.

    Hey Bill

    Hey Bill,

Perhaps if you're not in their VIP program, sportsbook is more likely to treat you poorly. I can only speak for myself, but I have only had one small problem that was instantly fixed to my satisfaction. Once last year they made a withdrawal error but credited the money to my account with a 10 percent bonus for my trouble. That's great service man.

I realize sportsbook seems to have had a bad reputation in the past, but if you want to talk about a book that's really slowpaying customers, take a look at Bodog these days...it's a supposed A+ book, but I wouldn't think of putting my money at a place that tells me it'll take over a month to get a check.

Again, I understand the past frustration with sportsbook, but I really think it needs to be given another chance. The only really bad thing about it, is there's only one payment option at the moment (credit card).

I have seen a particular improvement in their service after they were sold by Sportingbet and bought by Jazzette. You would think a book would act more responsibly when it's publicly traded, but my experience has been that the book has turned itself under private ownership in just the last few months. Their management really does treat me really well. No offense Bill, but I really do think sportsbook deserves to be reevaluated.

Sportsbook is the biggest scam EVER!!!!! they confiscated 14,283 dollars from me claiming there was a glitch in their blackjack system! That is complete bull i won it fair and square! I actually had my account up to 28K, ended up losing 14K, and had a balance of around 15K. then the next day i check my account and i have 0!!!! Im so upset and distressed about this. My question to them was how DO I KNOW there wasnt a glitch as well when i went from 28K to 14K. They robbed me and i do not know what i can do. Any help? Is there some organization that i can complain to? If not what else can i do besides find out where they are and throw a malatov cocktail at their main office

Do not trust spotsbook.com. Its a scam. I had to jump threw hoops to get approved to withdraw. Then it took a month to receive check. Put check in bank then it bounced three days later. I called sportsbook. All they said was sorry and will return money to my sportsbook account. I have been trying to get the money for 3 months.

DO NOT USE SPORTSBOOK.COM. They have been holding money of mine for almost six weeks, after attempting a simple wire. Everytime I call, they state "it is with the withdrawal department, and they are investigating." I also hear somethin different from each customer rep, and the service is terrible. They have no idea where my money is because it is apparenatly "anywhere in the world" with any processing company, that cannot find my money.

I was told by a supervisor today that it could still take up to six weeks just to first find my money.

I do not recommend using this site.

SPORTSBOOK STOLE 2,500 FROM ME!!!! REFUSED TO PAYOUT!

If you have money in Sportsbook. Take it out incrementally (less than $500 at a time) If you make a big withdrawal request, they'll fukk you real bad cuz they don't wanna pay big winners

I just made a withdrawl with Sportsbook.com on the 20th... I requested a live check... It told them I wanted it by regular mail... They adivsed me that it would possibly take 1-2 weeks for delivery... It was at my door via UPS 3 days later... I did not pay extra, the only downfall is that I work 7:30-4:00 mon-fri and I needed to be home to sign for it... I simply called UPS and told them to hold it at the facility and I picked it up...

Don't try and cheat them and they will be great to you. The only thing I can advise you of doing is to stay away from the casino... Their site is huge on the casino beacuse that is how they make all their money back... The poker room is fine, just stay away from the casino...

    GL my friend!

    What a joke

I also received successful payouts 3-4 times before this last time when they froze my account up. But one time is enough. Don't play there. Take your money and run

I remember the good old days where you could deposit $20 with them and their dozens of sister books and every week you got a free $10 bet. Then with you 10 active accounts, you made half the $10 bets on one side and half on the other side. You took the free $50 each week and played $5 correlated 4 leg parlays. It was a steady moneymaker for about 3 years.I feel good saying this because I know how crooked they are.I was finally banned after I inflicted 3 years worth of small potatoes damage on them with my constant drip of profit.

why are you interested in SBR's raitings? I can ask lots of question too

why is Betway -D? raiting (I think it is betten than -D)
why is Bwin -C raiting?(I think "F".because it is a professional thief)
and I noticed that many people say: "why is betphoenix +b raiting?" there are a lot of strange raiting.
never mind guys! these are books problems

It's slightly disingenuous to say they pay six figures no problem when they really shipped modest amounts to 25 different gnomes or it got c-dumped at the tables.

Because sportsbook.com is an A, 100%, or elite book whatever grade system You want to use. You cannot satisfy everyone and it appears sportsbook.com must have declined to promote here at sbr. I have never had an issue there, How can wsex be ahead of sportsbook.com ?

Sportsbook.com is by far the largest online sportsbook. They do not care or need players from this website or any other.

If you're willing to risk thousands being robbed from you, go ahead and play there
