Pickle what browser are you using? Try clearing your cache/cookies and see if that does anything.

I've already contacted the Mothership and admin say they've forwarded it to tech....still no help in processing the order so when I filed my attempts again today it was suggested that since the Store is apparently up and running just fine for others....maybe I should just post the error message to the forum faithful and hope for help . Only at SBR.

I'm no Jeff Bezos of Amazon or Zappos customer service leader but one would think that after 7 days of issues not of the customer but of the operation an easy fix would be to take 3 minutes and just manually process the damn order and then get back to fixing the issues with the programming.....but business as usual.

Already tried that earlier. I've cleared and even reset Safari on my Mac and then tried to place the order from Mozilla on my laptop and same thing.

Try downloading Google Chome and see if that works. It probably won't, but worth a shot.

Huge fan of both Zappos & Amazon.

The book "Delivering Happiness", by the CEO of Zappos, is an excellent read. Guy is a genius, and was a visionary in providing superior customer service.

It's their last line of defense to stop you from purchasing something. Hopefully you'll take those points and instead head to the SBR Casino now where dreams come true.

    Vastly overrated

Zappos barely gets anything to the bottom line

Exactly that scenario has crossed my mind.
