    You think that but that's before the defense says anything. All of that stuff can slowly go away. For a murder case it really isn't that strong at all, a lot of circumstantial stuff with no murder weapon. It might seem easy now but almost every case does before the defense can say anything.

    he just got cable and high speed internet installed in his cell. food slightly subpar but can get dominoes if he pony's up for the guards. so he offed 3 minorities and was sloppy about it. can't believe his family and girlfriend actually go to court proceedings. why bother.

    No he won't. The NFL has such a black eye over this off-season, major reform coming to the way teams draft and sign these thuglets. No NFL team will ever touch Hernandez if he ever breathes free air again. Guy has been involved in how many shootings since college...3?
