    Can get a 4 bedroom with pool jacuzzi for 1300ish not bad my girl is down for this and can transfer there with same pay ....electricity bill will be $400 I'm guessing having AC blasting 24/7 still looking into this

    If you plan on staying here live in an area zoned for Palo Verde or Coronado.

    Centennial, Arbor View, Shadow Ridge, Silverado, Green Valley, and Foothill are OK too.

    Would not recommend Summerlin as it's the worst bang for your buck in town and is 20+ minutes to the strip.
