    Huh?

I think you need to check that Phillies lineup again.

Michael Young, Jimmy Rollins, Ryan Howard, Ben Revere, John Mayberry Jr all have higher batting averages and OBP higher than Brown.

Brown's hitting HRs because teams have no reason NOT to pitch to him.

tell me again which of these hitters have higher batting averages again? oh thats right.... none

For the 2nd time in this series, brown opens the game with a 3 run shot... Developing into an absolute stud

    Lot of upside.
    What he said.

    What the hell.

    Let's review this one.

Dominic Brown. The legend. The "5-tool player" that PhillyFlyers guaranteed for us was about to blossom.

    Brown is batting .210

    He has 3 HRs.

If you go back to the all-star break in 2013, Brown is batting .229 with 7 HRs.

The Phillies are on 'Fade-dar'. Tough team to watch.

Props to Utley at least... raking at .335 in his 12th MLB season. Homers are gone though, Utley must have been on the roids when he was cracking 30+ a year.

either that, or he was 28 years old not 35

Utley's HR output dropped roughly by half in 2010 when he was 31 yoa and has stayed about there since then. Before that he had averaged nearly 30 HRs for five seasons straight. Maybe age, maybe not, probably never know. Helluva ballplayer either way.
