Extremely skewed poll. Voter has to have a computer or knowledge of operating a computer so that leaves out most older people and retards

If you have a problem because I voted for Obama a week ago, no problem. I guess you didn't see my posts going back to when FullTilt got busted and I was ranting about Obama asking for one good Republican candidate to come forward because I'd had enough. And then you must've missed the ones I made in support of Huntsman.

At the end of the day, I don't give a rats who you are anyone else votes for. It's a privilege we get for being a part of a democracy but I'm not egotistical enough to think my vote means much more than what it is = one vote. And I'm not douchey enough to think that I what I believe to be important is any more or less important than what you believe. We live in first world countries, all of us. Sometimes I think we all lose perspective of that.

Shari if you had a more direct/present interest in the money from AZ, you'd never vote Democrat in your life again.

That's what I thought too. It's a lot of money and I don't want it being pissed away - not in AZ, FL, CA, NY or MN. This was my first election as a mother so obviously all this money shit became a lot more important when all of a sudden it's for your child some day. Or their kids or whatever. And that's the main reason I was on the fence. The FullTilt stuff definitely helped push the gate right up my arse!
But I just couldn't back Romney with his flip flopping on women's issues and inability to really say wtf he planned to do with the economy. Everyone has different things they look for when they vote, or maybe they just vote for who they or their parents always did, but I sent off my little vote and I'm content with it. To be honest this election has left me feeling quite meh all around. I'll be looking forward to 2016 regardless of who is running.

I'll be around here one day when that money in AZ waiting for you becomes a present interest, and when you realize you can't take over a certain amount of it a year (say, $3k as a decent and true example) w/o getting taxed another 30% AT LEAST on that money, you'll scream, and then you can send me a PM and tell me I was right.

Obama wants to raise "death taxes" as well as "gift taxes"......you may have sent in your vote with an invisible check that includes 7-10% of what you may get one day from AZ.....

Luckily my money's in a family trust and always has been. Nothing was ever in my parents' name or mine. It's all controlled by trustees so there are no gift clauses thankfully. The redemption taxes I pay will depend on where I live and the clauses will be those imposed by my parents. One of the perks of having a corporate lawyer for a father I guess.

But even if some day my child had to pay a gift tax or whatever, I truly wouldn't mind that. Both sets of my grandparents benefited from the limited assistance programs they had in the US and Canada and used that help to turn it into wealth. So in reality the basis of some of that cash waiting for my kid has come off the shoulders of many many people before him and the government to a certain extent. I have no problem returning what we've used in our family.

Your personal situation notwithstanding, raising death taxes and gift taxes is a joke. That's a different debate at that point, however.

Someday when more money is flowing through your hands I still have confidence you'll see the light

Even the foreign socialist lazy bastards who vote here cannot stop the romney machine. This poll should be closed to only likely voters. Being from a third world country like spain or greece or most of europe does not make you a likely voter.

It makes you a hater of america and its vast superiority.

My illegal friends are working two jobs, not complaining about a president that doesn't help them with their bootstraps..

But I can't say the same about you meth inbreds, crying about welfare but receiving three government checks a month

no welfare for minorities just us inbreds is the southern states motto..

    Crying about a president.. Pathetic..

Why are the only canddates listed are the two who represent the 2 political parties who have, hand in hand, driven America to the brink over the past several decades. You do realize that doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity don't you?

I will vote for Gary Johnson.

Four years ago Obama won in a landslide here. As he did nation wide. Remember he was the guy who would unite us? Change the way Washington is run? Cut the deficit in half and return us to prosperity?? Boy those slogans are sure out the window. He is losing here and nation wide because of himself.

Why would I get off my ass to vote when the whole system has no hope and is rigged? Our votes don't really count we are just made to believe they do.
