    I played with them for about 6 months. They aren't bad. Pretty bland book. Deposits and withrdaws are easy (I believe they do C.C. deposits too if I remember correctly). Just not a whole lot of variety, they did have some pretty good sign up bonuses though.

    cashed out there - horrible book - horrible, juiced lines (main problem is how vanilla they are) not many betting options. Can't complain I made about 1100 from them in football and got paid no problem - but if your into options they dont have many.

    Not a bad book...stingy as **** though. Apparently a couple months of inactivity warrants them to hold out on a measly referral freeplay. Also dealing with their barrage of phone calls was unappealing.

    complete trash. be prepared to deal with sleazebag "handlers".

    tried them when my book had tech issues and was glad when i lost my deposit, of which i received zero of the promised bonuses. email from them stated their deposit bonuses w/ no minimum amount so i signed up and deposited but my "handler" told me only if i could "shoot" them another $100 would he give it to me.

    This book takes being cheap to a whole another level and as I said above....horrible CS. Had an account there from years ago and around 6 months ago went to retrieve my acct # and password from them, turned into a 3 hours ordeal getting that info. Use top shelf books....Heritage, 5dimes, Bookmaker, Legends and Youwager....if you're using anything else it just like the saying if it has or tires, sooner or later you WILL have problems. I guarantee it.

    Pretty bland but they pay and easy to deposit. Not sure where the CS issues are coming from. I've never had an issue with CS but I've probably been conditioned to expect less.

    If anyone has never been honored a bonus, must be due to various factors, but I am always around and those that have encountered a problem have always been properly assisted.

    We are a recreational book, Risk Manager will quickly limit you if he sees sharp action on your account.

    Our lines are offered as many books offer them aswell.

    We do pay out, small amounts I doubt that is correct, I see payouts going out in big figures daily.

    CS doesnt hound anyone, maybe Sales has attempted to contact a customer to encourage them to comeback, but it can ALWAYS be requested thru them or CS to be removed from calling list.

    One of the few books that offers assistance via SBR when needed.

    I think the only thing u have on them is that they call alot. Other than that your comparing them to Pinnacle, which they are a rec book and if u wanna compair lines then add in the factor of they offer reload bonuses all the time no matter what so if u want u could have bonus added into every bet u make there, once again they are a REC book. I have never even had to think about any money in this place, any cashout has been a good experience and all the cs has been very good to me, Sharky is a really nice guy and some other guys i know as well. I have used all 3 books in this family and enjoyed each 1 the same.

    of course, like promising a 20% cash bonus and then giving a 20% freeplay. That makes perfect sense why you would do that.

    Not true. I also notice that the person calling changes every time, and when I ask for someone I've previously spoken to they don't seem to work there anymore. I guess there is high turnover there. Whatever happened to Rocky "Big Tuna" Garcia and Big Jim anyways?

    Justbet is a very good book for guys wanting to have action. Lines are pretty vanilla, but not inflated for the public side as some other rec books. Bonuses are generous. And they pay. For a rec player, they are a pretty good option.

    However, few players think of themselves as squares. Most people think they are sharp, so they want a book with high limits, early openers and lots of betting options. That is their choice.

    For a real sharp, Justbet is not worth it. It never has good value on a line (it is Pinny juiced up, and they move as soon as Pinny does). Limits are low, not many bet options. So, it is wrong that Mathy could bankrupt them. In fact, they are the hardest book to beat. They may be attacked by a bonus hunter, but with so large rollover and so little value on lines, it takes a lot of time. So, their "risk management" is overblown. I was booted for having a good streak on MLB while trying to do a rollover, most possibly because I was taking only lines 1 cent worse than Pinny.

    A) - We havent promoted cash bonuses since the new owners came in over 3yrs ago.

    B) - Risk Manager is the one to make the call.

    C) - Like many have exposed here, our lines are what they are, if you can find value on them, jump on them.

    D) - $750 is for one particular method, you can chose others for the amount in your account.

    E) - Tuna left many months ago with a better job opportunity (outside of sportsbooks). Jim is still around, you can reach him tomorrow.
