I need a mods help with the 10am poker tourney

I am on my cell right now. Local internet is down and my provider doesn't know how long it will be down. Can someone please void my 10am entry so I can play in one later when my provider gets it up again??

I'm sorry, we don't have that ability.

I registered yesterday and it never took me to a table. Emailed SBR Poker for help and never received a response. Keep getting weird errors like "licensee fails to respond" or "socket error".

Hope you get a better response than I did.

Who's your internet provider? I use Comcast and yesterday I also received a "socket error" message before a tournament. It ende up just being a Comcast issue. That's the only time I've seen that socket message on SBRPoker.

Just drive to McDonalds and use their free internet to unregister. Easier than waiting it out

It's listed in the SBR Poker FAQ. If you aren't seated, you just have to reboot the lobby, as it's a connection failure on your end.
