    If you're playing Philly just do yourself a favor and parlay it with the over. There is no way Philly wins if it stays under.

    Have hard seeing it going under... look at it this way.. both teams gotta get to 24... hard to believe they won't.. if ne thing I would be worried about eagles not getting to it as they kick a lot of fgs
