It's OK to have a terrible QB and a great defense. Remember that Baltimore team that won the SB with Trent Dilfer? The offensive coordinator just has to know what the QB is and what he is not, and the QB just has to know his role. As long as he doesn't have stupid turnovers, the Jets should be OK.
The problem with the Jets is that Sanchez is a #5 pick and they want so bad for him to be a franchise QB. I guess he can get better, but they have to keep him on a short leash for now.
