I knew a kid who had both his thumbs broken when he only had $285 out of $300. The bookie was also allegedly a meth dealer, but the moral here is not to go into debt, and if you do be sure you don't meet up with him or let him find you

Serious question here, friend of mine play one of the bookie in Florida. He lost and pay up several weeks (not less than $70K). In one of those week, he kinda short of money, the bookie threading him in a polite way.......ya know, if you are too busy can't make it to the bank to wire the money, I (the bookie) can send my guy to your door to collect it. My friend (who has a business) was shit in the pants, and borrow money to payup. Next week after that, my friend won back around $60k, and the bookie say he work for bigger book, and his boss got arrested, so he doesn't have money. My friend pretend to threading him like "well I'm gonna send hire people come to your place, bla bla lba......and the guy told him, well I can pick up your people at the airport"
Is there a goons you guys talking about can be hire?

Just tell your buddy, to get a JOB. Or better yet quit playing if he has no cash to back it up.
Do your self a favor call his parents, lol

Here is what it means: your book sold it for 50% of the debt so the new collector WILL collect the entire $600.00 and some juice...This is not a joke so be prepared to be introduced to some nasty violence and more then double what he originally owed....This doesnt go away easily....

lmao, your in big trouble bro. only bet what you got. this means your guy sold off this debt to someone else and got 50% of it (so 300$)

now your friend owes this new bookie/guy/goon.. 600.00 plus every week 20-30%juice.. therefore in a few weeks he can now not only owe the 600 but 3,000

Sad story. This is why you only play with what you have. Sports gambling isn't for everyone. No one makes it rich. Entertainment purpose only.
