    Lewis has never won a playoff game and could not get to .500 this season. Pagano, maybe. Mike Zimmer has not make the playoffs in his 3 seasons and started out 5-0-, only to fold this season. He should go. I don't know if Sean Payton wants to stick around in New Orleans. Mike McCoy is gone at San Diego. Chip Kelly is terrible. No defensive skill at all.
