I think he's looked good in flashes and moments but also has a lot of rookie naiveté to burn off. Did you see him play last week? There were way too many balls just lobbed up in the middle of the field when he was under pressure. If he can correct some rookie habits, he has a shot to be a really good QB in this league.

Planet Earth, check it out sometime.
Rodgers sucked ass against the Vikings and Giants.
Torched the Bears, Lions, Falcons and was very good against Jax and yesterday against the Colts.

Last 3 games he's thrown 10 TD's against 1 pick, sorry to break your heart, he's a top 5 QB this year. (without Lacy and Cobb)
    Not 1,2,3 but top 5.

QBs get way too much credit and way too much blame. Only player to carry W/L record.

That being said, put AR behind the Dallas O-line, Zeke running and their receiving core, open up the record book.

Yep, if Eli is out for the Giants, line moves 4 1/2 points other way, if Odell Beckham is out, line moves maybe 1/2 point, point at most.

    All very average defenses

This is box score evaluation, the game tape suggests and it seems like it's growing around the circles at how much he is regressing this year.
To be fair some of it is not his fault, Mike McCarthy's crappy Chuck Pagano style play calling is also killing him as well.

Love Rodgers but he has regressed so much this year its not funny. Perhaps it's teams crowding the back because they know he loves throwing under pressure, NY did it and Dallas did it a week after (to a more successful extent)

Maybe it's the giants fan in me... But his schedule has been very favorable... No real tests so far other than his first game....

Dak and Zeke have added much needed energy and swagger to the Boys. Rest of the Team is feeding off it and makes them all better.

Is Patrick Mahomes another Dax Prescott? Big rookie year, mediocre after that?

Is this the pitcher Pat Mahomes's kid?

As a Giants fan I heavily disagree with the above recent comments. I actually think Dak has grown a lot since his rookie year. He used to be a statue in the pocket that was afraid to throw it deep. In 2016, he got carried a lot by Zeke and the elite o-line. Now I'm seeing the guy run, not being afraid to put his head down, and also getting some deep passes in. I used to think of him as a bottom 10 qb in his rookie year, now I have him right around the middle of the pack. Is he a star qb? Probably not. But I think he's going to have a solid career.
