Doesn't matter if its 41 and not 41.5 or whatever else, it's a lock. Rarely is there free $ like this. Very simple reason: Manziel. It's going to be funny to watch. He will try his darndest to play like a normal pocket QB and maybe go 6 for his first 7 w/ all short completions. Then he'll make a dumb decision and the wheels will come off. Pretty soon he'll be bouncing around the pocket again like a moron and the Browns will get shit going. Any defense tosses him around like a rag doll @ this point in what will be a very short career (he's not even that mobile by NFL standards, which bodes horrendously for him). 27-3 Panthers.
