Will the Patriots start the season 0-2?

Minnesota has play makers. Don't sleep on them.

Last time the pats started with a loss was in 2003. They got crushed by Buffalo in that game. They went on to win the Super Bowl.

most likely the Pats find a way to win but it will not be an easy game by no means.

Vikings + the points is worth a look

well logically the Vikings + the points makes sense bc the crowd will be loud as hell in that dome on Sunday with the Patriots in town... And anytime you have AP and C.Patterson you have a chance.. that Vikings defense didnt look too shabby either.

however the Rams may be the worst offensive team in the NFL this season and Tom Brady and Bill Bellichick are pretty fukkin good coming off a loss so yeah its a tough call. Brain says Vikings + points and gut says Brady responds with an awesome performance as a statement to let everybody know the Patriots mean business.

I hate the Pats and Brady.

That being said, has anyone won money fading Brady after a loss? I will likely find a better bet on the board.

Minnesota defense should be ok. Sure, the Rams aren't much of a test but
they have to feel confident.. and Matt Cassell knows a lot about the Patriots.
You also have the Minny running game which can keep Pats offense off the field
and Cassell is a safe manager.
not taking it yet, line could move to Pats as the casual public sees value in
    the Patriots brand.
It is true that I thought the Pats would win at Miami but I only went small
knowing the history.. and they should have won. Had a 10pt lead and collapsed.
Brady and Gronk are not prepared. Running game sucks. OL sucks.

    Vikings easy.

It will take books/public a while to adjust.

Vikes probably go 5-0 or at worst 3-2 ATS the first 5 games.

they are building a new dome set to open in 2016
until then (this year and next) the home games are played
at University of Minnesota. Anyone remember the ice cold snow game
Brett Favre played in ? that was something else.. was at that stadium when
the dome had to be shut down for safety due to heaviness of snow on it.
its going to be brutal this year. BRUTAL. Will favor Peterson and Matt Cassell's
style of play. Vikings are a force to be reckoned with at home this year.
I think they can win the NFC North.

They are playing at TCF (Gopher's Field) while their new stadium is being built. Will play there for 2 seasons.

Pats just aren't a good road team anymore....Real concerns on both O and D lines as well

Could make arguments for both sides here.....Should be a great matchup

Yes, it's much colder in MN than in GB. If GB is the frozen tundra, MN will be more like playing on a glacier.

My guess is Brady comes back in 4th qtr to take the lead by 1 point. NE wins straight up but do not cover. Casino buries public.
