    Carolina +1 @ Tampa Bay

    This line reeks to high hell.Carolina was pretty bad on the road at the beginning of last year but did the Bucs turn it around that much to be a favorite against one of best defenses in football last year. Any incite here before I hang a few bills on this one

    Bucs haven't shown anything all preseason. Take the better team early in the season and eek out a close divisional roadie.
