No more dunking allowed in Football

Have to be honest though, I am surprised the No Fun League hadn't banned this years ago with the "Can't use the Football as a prop" rule.

Last year Jimmy Graham almost ripped the goalpost down. Hanging on the post should have definitely been banned.
