There's a strong correlation between playoff success and being an elite QB in the National Football League. You play to A. Make the playoffs and B. Win Championships.

But by that math, Romo is a Homo, but if you look at his December stats, it's not Homo's fault.

Romo is a decent regular season QB...but who gives a fuk how you perform in the regular season. I'll take Joe Smoe who is average in the regular season, but gets his team to the SB.

all I'm saying is that it's the teams fault they don't get to the playoffs.

what, they'd be better off with R. Wilson? I'm a big Wilson fan, but C'mon, really?

Well considering the QB is the most key position and has the ball in his hands more than anyone on the field I'd say they are partly to blame. Peyton Manning could make a playoff team out of the Titans/Redskins/Jets etc without question...that's all I'm saying...

Hey and thanks for bringing up Russell Wilson considering he has over a 100 QB rating combined for his first three years and over 100 QB rating in 6 playoff games, better than any of the Phaggot-asss bitches that have been mentioned (Cutler, Rivers, Romo). But let me guess, he makes all the plays offensively and makes better decisions because his defense is so good?........

Cutler is one of the worst decision making QB's in the NFL. The guy is a fukkin wastoid.

Romo and Rivers can't be compared to Cutler.

Just look at the stats. These guys have been top ten QBs for years. now just look at cutler, he's never had a "great" or even good year. What was it, 2012 I think, he is rated in the mid 20's right next to Sanchez and Ponder.

boys haven't had a complete offense for homos entire career, now they do. Three first round picks on the line, they run the ball and protect the QB. They are for real. Marinelli had done a sick job with that D.

And Rivers is in top form since going to that new offense in 2013. He's had great years before that.

you people under estimate the amount of luck that goes into winning rings.

just because they haven't, doesn't mean they aren't good.

Lol. I'm not comparing Cutler to any of these other guys. Other people are throwing random names in the mix. You threw in Wilson and he's better statistically and has a ring. He's better in every way, shape, and form than Romo and it's really an insult to Wilson to even be comparing the two honestly.

The key word here is "elite" as in "creme da la creme," "the best," "unparalleled," there's very few people in the world that can be elite at their craft and football is no exception.

Sure. I'll give you that Rivers and Romo are top 10 QB's without any accolades. Sure, they are good. But the definition of good is nothing like elite...Russell Wilson is an elite QB, he has won at the highest level possible and has better numbers than any of these guys and will only get better...Romo is in his mid 30's for fukks sake, it's about time he does something like make the playoffs for the first time in this decade lmao.

I did look at the stats, Russell Wilson is better...sorry...

You definitely can't tony. The sooner the Bears realize this the better, unfortunately all the great QB's get locked down for a reason.

Russell isn't elite dude. He can't stand in the pocket and win game after game.

i only brought him up in regards to homo because by your math they'd would be better off with Wilson. When romo is clearly the better QB. Romo and Rivers aren't even close to being as bad as cutler.

By your math,Eli is elite? Which is kinda LoL.

im a big Russell fan. He is not an elite passer, yet, and might never really be. I grew up on the Hawks, I'm a huge fan. Their offense is kind of gimmicky, he's not really asked to do elite QB type things. So while his numbers are pretty GOAT for a third year guy. He's never gonna be Rodgers.

at any given time in the NFL there are usually 2 or 3 straight boss type QB's. Right now, my top bosses are Rodgers Luck, with Rivers Peyton right after and Homo rounding out the top 5.

Wilson is a top ten QB all things considered (leadership qualities and scrambling/playmaking ability) but to say he's up there with a Luck or Rodgers is absurd. Shit. 9/10 gms right now if they were starting a franchise take Cam Newton.

Fo sho. Look at Eli. Muffed punt in the champ against the niners in a knock down drag out the manningham and Tyree catches and booooom, two rings.

And Seahawks needs a fck ton off luck to beat the niners (but of course, I had 2.2k on the hawks, no surprise they luck boxed)

Jay Cutler is from the league of disapointments and interceptions where they cannot be. He's learned well from his mentor, Tony Romo, but he has taken it to another level. I mean seriously this guy is one of the worst quarterbacks I've ever seen as far as taking care of ball. Now Romo is playing like no Homo but Cutler remains in this adolescent stage of quarterbacking in his 9th year in the league and makes rookie mistakes almost every game. Atrocious!

What's worse, Cutler is expected to succeed each and every week. He builds you up and then let's you and your $ burn. The Bears just cannot string wins together over the course of the season. I despise what Cutler does to this talented Bears team because he never delivers. Marshall, Bennett, and Jeffery should just sit out the rest of the season because of this bum or just knock some sense into him. On and on they talk about he is better with Trestman and this core of receivers and blah blah blah. The fact is Cutler is just a pretty boy who likes to look smooth in the post game interviews and doesn't even value winning in the playoffs much less appearing in the Super Bowl. The BEARS CAN"T WIN A HOME GAME!! FOR FUKS SAKE THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE JAGS AS FAR AS USING THE TOOLS THEY HAVE.

Cutler may have the worst body language of all QB's in the league. It's super easy to hate the guy, especially when he's constantly sucking it up when he shouldn't be. At least Romo seems like a decent guy.

Throwing JJ Watt out, I'd say my top 5 are Luck, Peyton, Rivers, Demarco Murray, and Rodgers.

A lot of great quarterbacks did not succeed as well in the playoffs.
Many reasons could account for it- lacking on defense, injuries, bad games..
It happens. Not all great players win championships. That goes for all sports.

Lebron has what 3 rings...Kobe and Jordan have 2/3 more...Pippen also has 6 rings, does that make pippen better than Lebron? Rings/success in playoffs is all that matters...Stats don't define a player, only wins in the playoffs do. You only see that mentioned from fanboys of the players with more rings, which is a non-sense argument, because it takes a GREAT team to win playoffs...That's why Kobe couldn't do it by himself...Peyton can't do it by himself...Lebron can't do it by himself...Randy Johnson can't pitch every game...

Manning those does play at a far lower level in playoffs than he does in regular season...Now that could be blamed on multiple things...But the stats aren't terrible just the TD/INT ratio is not that good.
