    Some coaches can't teach or relate to specific players. I think Stafford is one of those kids. Not entirely the kids fault. But looks horrible out there.

    I will say also the HC was to blame in that he was so damn arrogant he refused to replace Stafford with Hill,even when everyone could see the Lions were in desperate straits.

    I think Stafford could be a pretty good QB. He certainly has the arm.

    To those considering releasing him, who exactly would you replace him with that would be a definite upgrade?

    Had people on here telling me that it was "ludicrous" to think Wilson was better than stafford just a week ago. Funny how quick the perception changes.. at least in this case everyone seems to have clued in. Never seen a QB throw more swing passes to an RB into the turf. He has absolutely no form.

    Stafford just signed a $53 million 3 year deal before this season with $41.5M guaranteed. He's got two more years.

    One thing to remember, he's only 25 years old. He graduated high school and college early. He's got room to grow.
