Will Peyton Manning be the best ever if he wins the Superbowl with the Broncos

Now that he got this 7 td performance under his belt for bragging rights, if he become the 1st quarterback to ever win the Superbowl with two different teams as a starter does that make him the best ever?

    No

His brother already has more championships than him. Settle down, he is top 10 all time though tonights game has you basing his performance all time off emotions.

Honest question, how are the Broncos back? Won division last year and made playoffs only losing to eventual champions. Year before made playoffs and won a game before bowing out.

I guess none of you dumb@sses didn't even took the time to read the questionI said Manning has a chance to become the 1st guy in NFL history to ever win the ring with two different teams and be the best ever, something Brady, Montana, Elway, or anyone else can say. Kurt Warner came the closest with the Rams and Arizona.

Brady has zero chance to ever get 7 TD's in one game, and Brady has zero chance to ever win the ring as a starting QB with two different NFL teams, a distinction no one else can say.

How is that a great accomplishment? I mean really. All the greats stay on a team their entire career unless they become dogshit, hurt, or old. Peyton was hurt, Denver took a gamble. Guy could go out next week and break his neck and be all done. Being on one team your entire career and winning 3 superbowls and 2 super bowl mvps beats winning two titles with two different team any day of the week.

of course he has a chance to be the best of all time... he's already up there

total rings does not determine how good of a QB you are... there are other factors

Dan Marino >> Big Ben and it's not even fukkin close

homer ass frostno hard at work..enjoy the reg season glory frostno cause den while maybe can get to the super bowl mostly thanx to a weak ass afc ultimately in the end they will lose and yo can still think of peyton as the greatest reg season qb of all time..good thing they dont test for hgh as normally guys pushing 40 with fukkd up necks dont increase their velocity..

Dan Marino is the most overrated quarterback in the history of the NFL.

if you look throughout their careers think it fair to say that manning has been blessed with much better weapons at wr... i dunno who better honestly, hard to argue peyton prob the best reg season qb of all time but playoff numbers dont lie and even the year he got his ring he wasnt really all that special in the playoffs..

while i can agree with this to a point i think when you talking about a guy that has such a significant dropoff in production in the playoffs compared to reg season it has to be held against him to a extent..

exactly, the one year brady had a top wide receiver in moss they went 16-0. Also Brady has never had the type of Running backs to hand the ball of to the way Manning had with the colts for years.

2005 PM brings Indy back from 14-0....Vanderjagt misses the fg to tie the game. Steelers win it all. Brady wins 3 SBs by a field goal apiece

Last year Denver is up 7 with 30 seconds left and Balt is 70 yds away....not exactly Mannings fault

SB vs New Orleans....Freeney goes out at half....Brees ends up 32 for 38 or something. Eli wins 2 SBs as they hold Brady to 31 total points. If Manning's playoff teams held people to 15 ppg he'd have 4 or 5 rings by now.

He has a fuking LOSING record in the Playoffs son!!! He can't play in bad weather, and only threw 7tds cause he had no pressure on him at all. Tebow woulda thrown 5tds last night against that D

I feel as though Manning makes people around him look great. No saying he didnt have already skilled weapons. I feel Tom Brady is blessed to be within such a great system, look at the year Brady was hurt, Matt Cassell still excelled. Is Cassel an above average QB? I wouldny say so. He didnt do aswell as Brady, but still did really good. Look at the year the Colts lost Peyton, they ended up with the first overall pick. Essentially I feel like Peyton can be put anywhere and he'd succeed. I cant say the same abouy Brady. Not saying he wouldnt, but I doubt he'd be as good.
