no not yet bro.. its not a good sign that they need another month for evidence.. It wouldn't shock me to see him walk... but now they are trying to bury him... it will be fun to watch and see if the system fails again..
This is about as open and shut case you are going to have.
By far one of the sloppiest high profile cases your going to see.
Unreal that he not only did this crime... but that he did such a clumsy hit on the dude.
Only chance he has of walking is if they move this case to Florida

If the circumstanial evidence is proveable, he's finished. Completely open and shut, unless you also think Casey Anthony and OJ are innocent. I guess if the jury says they didn't personally witness the shooting and therefore there is reasonable doubt. But 12 complete idiots on one jury happens once in a great while.

There is video, prosecutors say, from inside Aaron Hernandez’s home showing the football star with a gun. Video of him near a gas station in Dorchester and at one in North Attleborough. Video of Hernandez and the man he is accused of killing, Odin Lloyd, entering an industrial yard where Lloyd’s bullet-pocked body was later found.
With those caveats in mind, the evidence places Hernandez at the scene of the crime and describes him as acting suspicious in encounters with law enforcement. Among the most damaging: tire treads at the homicide's location allegedly match the Nissan Altima that Hernandez rented from Enterprise. Even more suspicious, Hernandez returned the Altima damaged and Enterprise claims a bullet was found in it.
A tip from a friend of the former New England Patriots tight end led authorities to the apartment about 11 miles away. Subsequent searches turned up boxes of ammunition and clothing that police believe could help prove the murder case against Hernandez, according to court documents.
The items were found June 26, the day Hernandez was arrested for allegedly orchestrating the death of Odin Lloyd, according to search warrant records filed in Wrentham court.
Police on Wednesday found .45-caliber bullets in a condo rented by former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez and in a car linked to him, the same caliber ammunition Hernandez allegedly used to shoot and kill Odin L. Lloyd in a North Attleborough industrial park on June 17, a prosecutor said today.

Per order by Judge Daniel J. O'Shea, 156 pages of impounded evidence in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' murder case against Aaron Hernandez was made public Tuesday afternoon. And in a separate filing in Florida, alleged murder accomplice Carlos Ortiz offered perhaps the most damaging statement yet about Hernandez, though the statement's admissibility in a trial is questionable. The evidence seems to paint a damning and detailed portrait of the former Patriot as intricately involved in the murder of Odin Lloyd.
