    I dont understand? Why would you care about a publicized "Billy Walters" play? He lies about everything. In the Saints v Colts SuperBowl Walters told Phil Ivey that Colts were the play. Ivey proceeds to bet 1mill on the Colts, all the while Walters was on Saints the whole time. Everything coming out of Walters mouth is a lie.
