    LOL. The bengals unnecessary roughness there stopped the clock and saved the team 40 seconds. Gave them a chance to get the ball back. So many holes in the NFL rule book.

    I also think the NFL is getting a bit carried away with the rules to protect people. However, I have no problem with that call.
