    Always Sunny in San Diego!

    One of my fave picks of the week will be on the Dolts at home. Current Vegas line has them as a 1 pt dog which could rise a bit by gameday and I will gladly take it! Anyone remember the ass whipping Diego gave Balty at home late last year? Doubt it's that bad this time around but I see Diego winning this. Quite simple this is what they do is play half a season and make a run late and they matchup well with the Ravens.

    They played Denver tough last week on the road and even tried to mount a comeback which is a good sign they have not given up despite the obvious turmoil. However once again turmoil, letdown, and underachieving is what this squad does until their backs are against the wall. On the flip side fading Balty on the road is always a good idea ecs. on a coast to coast trip. Not worried about the "revenge" angle here at all they lose! Final prediction Dolts 34- 23! GL and good winnng boys

    Just a little more justified reasoning. Short week for Ravens after playing late Sunday night and a holiday week they will get limited work in and be lagged coming into this game. For Diego this is simply their Super Bowl and season so expect the full fire on display. A win here and they can make one of their patented runs at mediocrity to hit the 9-7 mark and maybe have a shot at wild card spot. A loss here and they are toe tagged for 2012! Great spot bet here and will be my largest wager of the weekend. GL as always from your boy R.P.!

    Mainly referring to Diegos run defense on the "matchup" factor. They have one of the best run d's in the league holding opponents to about 87 yards game. So if they neutralize Rice then do you wanna put $ or your teams fate on Flacco in a road game vs a desperate talented team? I don't! Diego should be able to exploit Ravens secondary with their weapons in the passing game on the flip side. As I stated this is mainly a spot bet, but give me the hungrier team at home as a dog anyday and I will bite. Whichever side you choose GL but I will side with Dolts!

    interesting thread. it will be a close game no doubt. i can see san diego winning this one. i can also see san diego losing and norv turner getting fired on monday (the latter of the two would be better for the organization)

    Agree but different reasons

    I agree McMurphy with your post, but the main reason I can see the Ravens losing this game is because it is sandwiched between Ravens playing Pittsburgh. The Ravens and Steelers get up for there game as they are bitter rivals and after the Ravens beating Pitt last week I can see them having a letdown, then adding in the 3,000 mile trip and playing San Diego and then having to come home and play the Steelers again certainly looks to me that the right side for this game has to be San Diego. I will play it on the Moneyline though because the Ravens always fight hard.
