    Why is line moving toward Buffalo?

    Newbie here. Everywhere I read says to pound Denver this weekend (3 point fave at open). They should blow them out..etc...

    So...why is the line moving toward Buffalo? For example, it's 1.5 right now at 5Dimes. If Denver is so heavily favored in this game...shouldn't Denver be getting more points? Maybe 5.5 favorites? Is there something I'm missing here?

    Be careful how you read a line Casey. A lot of books will not post a true line to limit or balance teaser action. Five Dimes is one of them.

    The true line seems to be +3 (-120).

    Casey find a book that does not open the teaser window until later in the week or one that limits that action. You will get a true line there.

    #35 in what? He leads all qbs in total rushing yards. Not bad considering he didn't start the season as the starter. And has 5 rushing tds compared to Michael Vicks 1 td.

    the first part was right about not putting out true lines. not about teasers. your going to try and say teasers get so much action? no. a sports book comes out with a line not necessarily on the expected outcome but to attract 50/50 action to reduce risk. thats their primary function.

    When 5dimes does that, the move against gets an extra 1 or 2 points on teasers. Just a note for teasers players who want a little extra value. fwiw

    I live in Buffalo and we are supposed to get hammered with snow starting Saturday. I would think this favors the Broncos who have better defense and running game. Watch the forcast.

    If it's going to snow, I like the under 41.5 play better here. Denver will run all day either way and Fitz has found confidence in Spiller so he'll probably go w/ a conservative approach.

    I like Denver here at anything 3 or under. I'd obviously like -2.5...

    Denver should have their way on the ground in this one. Besides the Bills probably pack it in for the year and Denver wont be.

    Its Denver or nothing and i cant see any reason to take Buffalo here even if they win by 40. lol

    I'm not so sure of this anymore. Only way for BUF to win is to jump out to an early lead and then establish running game. Force Tebow to pass for the win in tough weather conditions.

    Follow the rules...Didn't lose any money, but could have won more.
