Detroit’s secondary is all beaten up (they were not that great in the first place). The whole Suh situation. Drew Brees is about to have a record year(he will have a record day on Sunday). Mathew Stafford has decided that he likes to throw to the other team more than his own.
The spread is high, but it's hard to see Brees and company not covering the way they're playing. Plus, you're right, The Lions' best football are behind them this season.
