not unless AJ Smith is fired.

    Cowher is a Schottenheimer guy.

MendozaLine , AJ is history this yr or next - The owner's kid will be the new GM (in name only) and the next HC will be asst GM

I'm not so sure about that. AJ Smith has Dean Spanos by the nuts.

They'll probably keep AJ until his contract is up, Fire Norv and replace him with another loser like Wade Phillips, wait a few years for AJ and Dean Spanos to retire, and then the Spanos kid will be the new owner. Maybe by then the stadium in Los Angeles will be ready for the Chargers to move into.

So you think Cowher could do anything with this Giants team right now? Uh injuries have hurt this team not sure if you can blame the coach. Who by the way has won a super bowl.

    you want true at -110?

When Spanos chooses AJ over the community, only 35,000 people will show up for the games and that'll be the excuse for the move to L.A.

Giants would be a good fit because of QB

You cannot win in NFL without a big timer playing QB

He was going to be the head coach for the Carolina Panthers the last five years. He will stick to the easy money on stay with tv.

    His coaching days are over,

he no longer has the fire,

Cowher reached his main goal when he won the Superbowl...

Deep down he knows this or he would already be coaching again......

He might consider a role in the avenue of Parcells or Holmgrin.............

he's horrible on tv and doesn't appear to have the enthusiasm to coach either. too much work to be a nfl head coach.

Bill Cowher is definitely not going to the Giants, Tom Coughlin is a good coach and if anyone thinks otherwise you don't know football (And no i'm not a Giants fan).

If Cowher or Gruden were intending on coaching again they would have jobs by now. Being on TV is way easier job.

Giants just have to top Dallas (which is not hard to do) and will be division champs heading to the superbowl

49ers played a better game yesterday... hats off to a great game

Coughlin is doing damned good at the end of the season so I would say he isnt going any where.
