    Opinions wanted....safer ML bet tomorrow

What's the safer ML play tomorrow. It's for a survivor/pick em pool type thing, and I am kicking around 3 plays. I am leaning Bears, but was wondering what you guys thought. It's up to these three plays, so give a brother your opinion.

    Bears over Panthers
    Saints over Jags
    Falcons over Hawks

I really feel like the Bear D will overwhelm Cam Newton, though there hasnt been any prrof thus far that he is easily stopped.

Falcons seem like a safe pay too, but I hate risking it with road teams.

    Let's hear it guys...

Why not take the Packers or Bucs?

If it has to be between the above three, I'd go with the Saints. The Saints have scored at least 30 in each game, and the Jags only have 29 points for the year. Unless the Saints turn the ball over a lot, I don't see how they lose, the Jags are just way too one-dimensional on offense. If this game were in New Orleans, Saints ML would be a lock.

The Bears would be my second choice out of the above three, but the Bears offense isn't very explosive, so I don't think Cam will have to score much points to win anyway.

As for the Falcons, they're never a good bet on the road, especially with the way they've been playing this year. And the Seahawks are shit, but they always seem to play well at home.

I like Tampa but if it has to be tomorrow and if it has to be one of those three then it's the Saints. Don't like putting it on road teams going across country.

Save the Packers as everyone and their mom is taking them in Survivors this week. Bears are the safe play.

Thanks everyone. Taking the saints will also open me up to using the Bears later in the year when its cold and they REALLY have a home field advantage.

    Good opinions so far.

Staying away from GB and NE for strategic reasons. I feel like I can get more value out of them later in the year, as this is a league where you only use a team once. Already used cards, chargers and Steelers.

Dang, all this talk about the Saints and not one mention of 2 starting linemen being out, including the Center (the most important guy on the line). Tread carefully IMO.

Safest ML's are Packers and TB Bucs. Both are playing two horrible teams, and both are really good teams. And both are playing at home. I think the Bears are pretty safe, but anything could happen, especially if Cam gets hot. Saints should easily win, but sometimes they play down to other teams level. I wouldn't be surprised if JAX actually made it competitive. Don't be surprised if Atlanta loses. Roddy White is questionable (will probably play though, but not 100%). Seattle is really good against the run, and Atlanta can't run the ball. So I think Ryan will be forced to throw a lot, and with Seattle having a lot of crowd noise, he could make a mistake or two which could give Seattle the win. Weird things happen in Seattle, don't forget they beat the Chargers last year, and blew out the Saints in the playoffs last year.

I think the Saints is the safest bet. They have the best QB in the league, they will have more fans in Jacksonville than the Jaguars, they get Colston back. So they will definitely score one more point than Jaguars even with their bad defense.
