    Saints @ Packers TNF 9/8/11

Who else likes the Saints +4 besides me. I don't think Greenbay can win & cover the Superbowl and start out the next season with a cover again. Seems like Drew Brees and company trained harder the off season. Any thoughts?

Both of these teams will be in the playoffs. There are much better plays on Sunday than either side in this one. Dismissing GB so easily just because they won it all last year is laughable! If you're looking for value, the Saints appear to be the pick only because it's PROBABLY A FG GAME. I just don't see the Saints winning this game SU but could get the cover with a FG loss. Translation...PASS!!

Why not? They some how got worse? They weren't supposed to beat Philly, ATl., and Chi. on the road last year too. Sounds like you're hoping they won't be as good as last year. The Saints are on the road and on grass, they're very good, but this is a tough spot for them IMO.

just enjoy and watch the game, but saints have not changed anything besides the release of bush and the addition of sproles so i guess their return game is better, but the saints are still one dimensional and the packers have solid defense. i'd take the packers 10 pt teaser but i'd go with them -4 also

I like the Saints, too. I actually think they are the best team in the NFC so I smiled and gladly accepted when they offered me more than a FG.

What good does it make when on the other side you have another top 6 QB throwing to one of the best receiver corpses in the NFL?

    No play for me.

If anything, I'd lean under 47, but I agree with ochenta y cinco, this is a no-play.

Damn dude, didn't know they're drafting zombies now. I don't see the Saint's Defense keeping the Packers Offense off the field. The only thing is the Saints may cover late but I will still have to take the Packers minus the points. Just a superior team on both sides of the ball.

saints worked real hard this offseason. they want to get back to superbowl real bad.
packers didnt work as hard but still looked great in preseason, + getting finley back, the offense will be even better.

i think ill make a small small on saints +4 just because its opening game. but really should be a no play./

Should be a good game...lookin foward to the season opeinin' up...possibly a play on saints +4

Was actually looking for someones opinion on this one prop

Aaron Rodgers OVER 2.5 (Touchdown Passes + Interceptions ) -185

I know its high juice but this prop really caught my eye...all hes gotta do is air it out whether it gets picked or goes for 6

Saints as as dog is tempting but I think Greenbay wins and probably covers. Saints are easier to stop on offense than GB.

I got the under. Week 1 has affected offenses a lot more than defenses, you'll see a lot of under games in week 1, and I say saints score two tds and a fg in this game. I say GB scores 3-4 tds, which is very realistic. If it was over 40 I'd be all over that, but over 47 in week one isn't likely.

I'm taking Greenbay on this one Aaron Rodgers looked accurate as hell last year. With Clay Matthews leading the D i think they'll cover.
