    on cold cold foggy nights the under are nice there but wrigley field is crazy for night times with the way the wind and the ball carries out of that field.

    I bet some on baseball last year but am relatively new to all of sportsbetting but i heard last season many books stopped offering over/unders for cubs night games.

    can anyone clarify that or is that false?

    I knew I was partly foolish last year when I went to vegas and bet my first ever baseball games...money lines against the Twins...won a bunch of money the first two games against the Twins in the metrodome but lost some in the 3rd against Santana(vs. Buerhle)

    I *knew* they wouldn't sweep and beat Santana(although they should've won that game) but I bet my favorite team for that reason and the reason that they've gotten me so much already.

    It sucked losing a bunch of my winnings but I learned the good lesson of being more realistic the next time around.

    You can bet totals on Wrigley night games. Books just don't offer overnight totals on their totals. They were getting hammered. All I have to do is step outside to see what the wind ar Wrigley is gonna be like. The cell is tougher since the wind tends to swirl in that ballpark.

    That Santana-Buehrle game had a huge comeback if I remember correctly. I also bet the Sox that night.
